Oh. First day of Chinese new year has passed already. How was it boys and girls? Going on a second round of ang bao collection event tomorrow. It's fun seeing my cousins all come together after sometime, although my sister is missing today. Played cards with them, quite fun, first time playing 'dai dee' with 5 players. With many funny rules, lol. I still enjoyed playing with them. Did I win? Err, a few rounds yes. Didn't involved any amount of money. Haha. Tomorrow probably will, unless we go there too late, the gambling den close already. Lol.
Lots of adults talk through the day, they will talk about cars, houses, costs of living, citizenship, babies? errr lots and lots of them. In the car, at granny's place, relative's place bla bla non stop. And I found that my younger aunties are actually quite nice to talk to, they understand how we 'kids' feel as well. Hope they understand my empty empty pocket too. Lol. (:
I enjoyed my meals today, breakfast, lunch, dinner. The nicest one is of course the lunch at my granny's house, it has already been included in my 'look forward to list' when Chinese new year is nearing at the start of each year.
Didn't eat the curry though, because I know I'm not supposed to. Err, wait. I still had the prawn fritters although my throat is like that. *clears throat*
My granny's house is really packed, don't know how many families came today. I even heard from one lady, she said "wah you all open shoe shop ah?". Hahaha. Shoes jammed in front of the door. Lucky them, I didn't feel cheeky enough to hide any pair of them to threaten for bigger angbao. Lol.
And I think I look so auspicious today, ALL my cousins are dressed in the shades of grey, white and black. Oh and me? Red. Omg, I regret it so much. I mean I don't mind wearing red, but I felt coloured-outcasted. You get it? No? So dumb. Lol. And of course, it's all thanks to my considerate dad. He said some people won't like it you know. Haha

The weather is hot hot hot. My sis is overseas, so I get to drive her car. And driving is fun today, it has been sometime since i drove for a commendable distance already. And my car is free from adults, only me and 2 other cousins. Mummy, aunty and uncle-in-law took my dad's car. So it was also free from adult talks. Phew. And from one location to another, I will make sure we reach before them. But I couldn't, because I don't know the way around the neighborhoods, the lorongs, avenues. Lol. And I'll always see my dad's car on the furthest left lane. Meant for slower moving vehicles. Lol. I bet too much gossiping in there, must drive slower. And no, I no longer have to display a triangular plate behind my car. Had been sometime I took that out already. And come to think of it, I'm quite pleased I didn't get into any trouble the first year after I got my driving license, some people have problem keeping their license 'clean', and some even got their license revoked. Lol.
Ok enough of these car car thing for now. It's chinese new year for goodness sake. Lol.
Red packets? All with my mum still, probably later in the morning will get to calculate my capital for tomorrow. Capital? Remember I said?
